Thunder Drone is an underground drone racing arena located in New York City. It is hosted by Billionaire Guy Eccentric.
History[]
Thunder Drone debuted in "Breaking Purple". The Purple Dragons were trying to create a drone to enter in the racing competition as they heard the first prize was the Shadow Transmitter. After encountering S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. who had ran away from the lair, they convinced him to enter in the race. Donatello discovered S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N.'s location by eavesdropping on a conversation between Repo Mantis and Loose Lips Malinowski at Repo Mantis Salvage. He pretended to be a drone himself by the name of Done-Atello, much to S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N.'s shock. Donnie apologized to him while they competed in the race and asked him to return home, but S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. refused. Donnie then decided that since he wouldn't heed his warnings about the mean people the Purple Dragons were and how they don't care about him as a friend, he decided to make S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. lose the race and thus the Shadow Transmitter prize to find out firsthand. He achieved first place and when S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. went to apologize to the Purple Dragons for losing, they abandoned him and tried to steal the prize from Donnie, but failed. They then vowed revenge and left and Donnie consoled S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N.
