Thump Construction President is the president of Thump Construction company. The company executive offices are in a multi-story building in New York City. When the Turtles' lair begins to shake and crumble from construction above the sewer system, April O'Neil investigates. She goes to the Thump Construction offices with her mini-camera and tries to interview the president. However, he simply repeats everything she says, leading her to believe he's been hypnotized. Further investigation leads to the Shredder as the culprit behind the scheme to destroy the Turtles' home and force them above ground. Later, when the Turtles arrive to rescue April, the Thump Construction President is bonked on the head and regains his senses. Demolition Mission
