  • Since Nickelodeon now owns everything to do with TMNT including every version of them they should remake Turtles forever. Nick got the 87 voices right so maybe they will get the personalities right as well. I liked the movie ok but hated what 4kids did with the 87 Characters. The TMNT, April, Shredder, & Krang were nothing but a bunch of cornballs. 4kids only got Splinter, Bebop, & Rockstedy right. It was like they tried to make the 2003 Turtles & Shredder look better by Comparison or they never seen an 87 Eppy a day in their life. I been watching the 87 series & the only real differences are. Raph doesn't have a temper & Shredder lets Krang walk all over him sometimes & doesn't remove body parts for failure.

    • The 2k14 Turtles should be included as well, with the movie's cast reprising their roles, I want to see how these versions respond to their counterparts.

    • I agree, I'd love to see a 2D version of the new guys included, if admittedly I'd like to see them there to give 2003 what-for and put them in their place for their attitude toward 1987, even if just for a moment.

Not even in your wildest dreams you will see the 2003 turtles humiliated.-.-

And the 1897 turtles were always kinda goofy.

The 2k3 Turtles were humiliated by the Mirage Turtles in the 4Kids version of Turtles Forever.

And yes, the 87 turtles were goofy, but they could also be serious in their own show.

Yeah that was kind of funny when Raph (2003 version) was put in his place by his Mirage counterpart.

    • But I would like to see how the 2003 turtles (with their voice actors reprising their roles) interact with their 2012 counterparts.

Two voice actors reprise 2003 Leonardo and 2003 Donatello and Roger Craig Smith and Brian Donovan will voice 2003 Raphael and 2003 Michelangelo.

    • Is Hun appear in the sequel? Cause he got frozen for "years" in the Dimension X. You know the guy who was mutating into a monstrous, mutant turtle.

A sequel to the Turtles Forever was never confirmed or mentioned by Nick. -.-

Personally, I think what they did with the 87 characters was quite deserved.  I do think at the least, they should do a Special Edition re-release of Turtles Forever, that would be the full, uncut version, with all the 1987 series characters re-voiced by their original voice actors.

    • I went back & watched the 87 turtles not long after watching Turtles Forever & they weren't  "Stupid" like they were in Turtles forever not even Mikey

    • I never really thought of Nickelodeon doing another Turtles Forever.  Its sounds like a really good idea. I hope they do it. Kudos for your idea, Kreetin Jeebie.

    • 2019 update.  The season 5 finale of the 2012 series is essentially a toned down remake of Turtles Forever.  It's obvious that the Nickelodeon production of the 2012 Turtles are somehow biased against the 2003 series or specifically 4Kids Productions since there was no attempt to bring the 2003 Turtles or even mention them in the series.  On top of that, no one from the 2003 series is involved with the 2012 series which should tell you something.
