Thomas "Tommy" Oliver (born Thomas Marshall) is inarguably the most popular Power Ranger in the history of the franchise, and is one of the longest running characters in its span. He appears as his most well-known incarnation, the Mighty Morphin Green Ranger, in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles VS Power Rangers: Ultimate Hero Clash! and Super Brawl World.
Tommy seemingly betrays the Rangers and joins Shredder in the crossover comic Mighty Morphin Power Rangers/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. However, he had joined undercover in order to rescue a friend from the orphanage he grew up in, Tyler. Tyler, however, was actually committed to the Foot Clan, selling Tommy out to Shredder. Shredder stole Tommy's Power Morpher and became the Green Ranger himself. MMPR/TMNT #1
