After being sent through time and space, Leonardo finds himself in Usagi Yojimbo's world.

- At the beginning of The Real World Part 1, we see through Leonardo's point of view seconds before the events of Reality Check when Ultimate Drako appears and separates the Turtles and Splinter across time and space.
- Leonardo ends up in the world of Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo.
- The cat-like ninja, that Leonardo, Gen, and Usagi fought to protect Lord Noriyuki are called "Neko Ninja". In Japanese, "Neko" literally translates to "cat".
