Synopsis[]

Two men and a woman shower as part of a cleansing ritual. They are then told by mysterious figures to drink from an "elixir of the Kami Ninpo Damashii". Then, they three are given the garb of the "Ninpo Assassins" and sent on their way.

The Turtles and Splinter are walking around the city, when suddenly, Splinter notices a trail of sunflower seeds and hangs back. He is quickly surrounded by the Ninpo Assassins and warn him that he is no ordinary opponent, but he soon finds out that, neither are they, as they speedily beat him up and knock him flying out of an alley, sending him crashing into some garbage cans right in front of the Turtles.

They see his assailants on a rooftop and before Raph can finish telling them to get down there to face him, one of them is already in front of him and pummeling him.

Leo and Don attempt to take them out, and before they can even react, they are also knocked down. Mike joins in and they three assassins take turns pummeling the Turtles back to the ground as soon as they can stand up again. Izumi, the female assassin, prepares to finish off the unconscious Splinter, but Raph and Don attack her. They provide to be nothing more than a distraction, as they cannot get the jump on her.

From a series of monitors, the assassins' benefactors, the mysterious trio of Foot Mystics who had killed Myzoko, watch their plan going well.

Splinter begins to regain consciousness and tries to piece together an underlying pattern to their movements. Just then, one of the Turtles is knocked into a fire hydrant, and the assassins are mesmerized by the slow-flowing (from their perspective) water, counting every individual droplet. Splinter takes advantage of this distraction to behead all three of them with Leo's katana. Splinter then urges his sons to hurry home before they are attacked again.

Meanwhile, the three Foot Mystic sit in a hot tub and complain about how slow the Ninpo Assassins - now heavily bandaged, with their heads stitched back on, and eyes and mouths sewn shut - have become as reanimated corpses. One of them mentions that first Myzoko failed and now these three assassins, but another states that they have learned much more about "the rat" than they did before, and their time to face him head-on is coming....
