The Puma Blues issue #20 was published on September 1, 1988 by Aardvark One International. In addition to Eat or Be Eaten, its primary story as part of the ongoing series, the issue contained numerous backup comics by guest writers and artists. One of them was Choices, written by Peter Laird, illustrated by Kevin Eastman, and featuring a future version of Raphael from the Mirage continuity.
