Plot[]
It begins with various clips of the turtles that had destroyed all the previous nights and a mysterious person said that he will unmask them and show them to the city. The turtles are completely shocked to see the news and we’re getting blamed. Raph decided that they should help out the town, based on the children’s story.
They started to help fix the town by fixing something leaking, fixing the road and even opening the door for stray cats. Along the way, Mikey puts in some cards of the Mutant Menace just in case they are doing good deeds.
After they were done, the news came in and showed the destruction that they caused, making it even worse. Then it shows the mysterious person Cybersleuth showing the Mutant Menace card.
Raph admitted that they used that card as a joke. Mikey begins to ponder that he recognizes that voice and it turns out Cybersleuth is really Baxter Stockboy, the one back from the store when he used the Gumbus. The boy wants revenge because he is tracking them in his blimp so he can show it to the city.
:Leo told everyone that they can’t be seen and they had to head back home before the humans do. They drive off, only to be surrounded by an angry mob. They started to go the opposite direction until Baxter used his tiny microbots and jammed the tank’s controls.
Raph tried to move the switch but it wasn’t working so he tried the rocket fuel. Donnie points out it has limited fuel and they could not last long. Suddenly, a tiny mouser robot chewed its way from the panel and showed a screen of Baxter who tells them that he took control of their vehicle and informed New York that he will deliver them to the City Hall.
Raph tried to steer the tank but it wasn’t working. Leo tried to portal them safely but was about to be eaten by a giant monster. Donnie then nearly forgot that the hatch below is the way out. Raph begins to go through but gets stuck midway due to his enormous size that he can’t get through.
Donnie tries to use the bowling balls to destroy the blimp but Baxter escapes and arrives at the City hall, with no more objects to launch, Mikey should head out there and steer away the tank. He used his whip and pulled the tank away just before the humans ever noticed the tank.
They drove through the ramp and splashed into the water where all the microbots died. Leo congratulates Mikey but Raph is still stuck in the hatch and now drowning. Donnie starts to activate the airbag but somehow accidentally activates a party banner until he manages to activate the airbag.
Back at City Hall, the people are angry at Baxter, saying that it was a scam. The police arrive and arrest the boy as he starts to vow that he will be back.
Back at the tank, the now exhausted turtles will never be good helpers but Raph said that they will keep trying. Donnie then reminded Raph about the story and said that in the story, the wolf eats all the people after accepting him.
