- This figure was a Walmart exclusive under the store's Mutation Station retail program. In the UK, this figure was exclusive to Smyths Toys.
- Two versions of the figure were released with different packaging: the US version with Mutation Station branding and the international version lacking such branding.
- "Mega Mutant" was a production name for the transformation before he called himself "Superduperfly" in the final film. Some retailers use the Superduperfly name in their advertisement or URLs for the figure online, including Walmart [1].
