[Opening sequence and theme song.]
[Open on a view of a city and the River Liffey. The Turtles, Splinter, and April drive through the city in the Turtle Van.]
Raphael "I'm just glad we're in a city. I was getting a little tired of the Irish countryside."
April O'Neil "Really, I shot some tape footage of you guys and you just disappeared in all that green."
Splinter "I think it is time we explored Dublin on foot."
Michelangelo "I've got some bodacious disguises for our tour, compadres. We'll blend right in."
[Donatello finds a parking spot in an alley. The Turtles step out of the van wearing Hawaiian shirts.]
Raphael "Great, Michelangelo. The only place we'd blend in is at a Hawaiian luau."
[They are soon at the entrance to a park.]
Splinter "We will begin your lesson on the history of Dublin in this park."
Leonardo "Look at all these statues."
Raphael "Kind of makes you wish you were a pigeon."
[Splinter stops before the statue of St. Patrick.]
Splinter "Ireland is a land of magical legends. One of the most famous is that of St. Patrick. It is said he drove all the snakes and reptiles out of Ireland."
Michelangelo "Bummer. Maybe I should have gotten us mammal disguises."
April "This is all very interesting, guys. But I'm supposed to do a report on the famous leprechauns of Ireland."
Donatello "April, leprechauns are just mythical creatures. I can assure you that there are no such things as little green men."
Raphael "And you heard that from a big, green Turtle."
Michelangelo "Hey, how about a quick game of toss the hat? Catch, Donatello!"
[He throws his hat like a disc. They all begin throwing their hats back and forth to each other. Cut to the Technodrome on the Volcanic Asteroid in Dimension X.]
Krang "So those blasted Turtles are in Ireland, eh? This’ll make your assignment even more enjoyable, Shredder."
Shredder "My assignment? What do you think this is, Krang? A school?"
Krang "If it were you'd be failing."
[He shoves Shredder down and Bebop and Rocksteady begin laughing.]
Bebop "You walked right into that one, boss."
Rocksteady "Yeah, that was good."
Shredder "Silence, you numskulls! What is your plan, Krang?"
Krang "Like St. Patrick, I am going to drive unwanted elements out of Ireland. But I am going to drive out the people. Rock Soldiers! Bring in the Rainbow Trans-Charmer.
The volunteers are ready."
[Foot Soldiers push in a machine on one table, and a cage containing a rat and a rabbit on another.]

Bebop "Aw, look at the little guy. Ain't they cute?"
[Rocksteady reaches in a grabs the rabbit.]
Rocksteady "Can we eat 'em?"
[He opens his mouth, but Krang slaps his head.]
Krang "No, you idiots! They're my test subjects. Unless you would rather be?"
Bebop "Uh, no thanks, Krang."
Rocksteady "Yeah, we're lousy at tests."
Shredder "Get on with it, Krang!"
Krang "Ireland is filled with small, harmless creatures like these.
With my Trans-Charmer I can transform them into monsters."
[He activates the device and it zaps the two animals.]

Bebop "Uh-uh."
Rocksteady "Look out!"
[They both dive into a hiding place. Shredder and Krang back aways as the two monstrous animals stalk towards them.]
Krang "Success!
Once you have flooded Ireland with savage beasts, the citizens will flee and the entire island will be mine."
[He turns off the machine and the two animals return to their original size.]

Shredder "But first, we'll have to take care of those insufferable Turtles!"
Krang "Do as you like. Bebop, Rocksteady, take the Trans-Charmer and get going."
[The two mutants come out of hiding and roll the tables away.]
Bebop "Uh, I wanna see them change cute, furry things into monsters again."
Rocksteady "But I still wanna eat one."
[The Turtle van drives up to a castle.]
April "Well, here we are, McGillicuddy Castle. Built in the 16th century."
Donatello "Are you sure this place meets modern building codes?"
Leonardo "It'll have to do. Unless you want to be chased all over Dublin by people looking for leprechauns."
Raphael "You should be used to castles, Donatello. After all, we were brought up in one."
Donatello "Huh? What castle was that?"
Raphael "The one at the bottom of our aquarium."
