[Opening sequence and theme song.]
[Episode begins with a closeup of a competitor in the National Tiddlywinks Finals. The turtles are watching on the TV in the lair.]
Commentator "And Wal's about to make the flip. He's in position.
And it's—"
[Crowd cheers softly as Wal flips the tiddlywink.]

[The show switches as the tiddlywink is still spinning.]
Announcer "We interrupt the National Tiddlywinks Finals to bring you a classic episode of the '50s sitcom “Look Out for Daddy”!"
Raphael "Oh, man, another rerun? That's all they show on TV anymore."
Michelangelo "Yeah, and we've watched all these rented videos, like, twenty times."
Leonardo "And I've been practicing the same ninja moves all day."
Raphael "Hey, what's Donatello been up to? He's awfully quiet."
Donatello "I thought you'd never ask. Check out my latest invention, guys.
Fellow turtles, introducing the automatic pizza-dough maker."
[He rolls a cloth covered object into the room.]

[He pulls the covering off to display a large machine.]
Michelangelo "Whoa! Radical machine, dude!"
Donatello "A little flour.
A little water.
Now watch.
Hmm... Sounds like a flywheel needs adjusting."
[He dumps some in.]

[He adds a small bucket of water.]

[He pulls a lever and the machine whirrs.]

[Dough starts shooting out of the machine and pelts the other turtles. They all shout and jump behind furniture.]
Raphael "I don't know about pizza-making, but you've got a heck of a secret weapon there, Donatello."
[Cut to the Technodrome, still stranded in Dimension X.]
Krang "Oh, why won't the master engines move us anywhere?"
Shredder "Because all of the Technodrome's tracks are embedded in that hardened lava, Krang!"
Krang "We must get off this mountain somehow."
Bebop "Uh, would it help if we went outside and pushed?"
[As Krang works a lever, there’s a crashing sound.]
Krang "I don't like the sound of that one bit.
Oh, no."
[They enter the engine room.]
Oh, no."
Bebop "I know what the problem with this big thing is."
Krang "What?"
Bebop "It's broken."
Shredder "Well, obviously it's broken, you moron! The question is can we fix it?"
Krang "No, we'll have to make a whole new one. But these shafts are made of solid rigidium, the hardest metal in the universe and the rarest."
Rocksteady "So? Let's just go out and buy some."
Krang "On this miserable dump of a planet? Don't be ridiculous. Besides, it's more fun to steal some.
Somewhere in this vast universe, there must be some rigidium we can steal.
Bingo! There's a huge concentrated quantity of rigidium on Earth! We must activate the trans-dimensional portal so you can go to Earth and get it."
[Back at the controls, Krang searches for rigidium.]

[At the Channel 6 news building, Burne Thompson is in the garage with April and Irma.]
Burne Thompson "April, the Lofty Tower is having its grand-opening at noon and I want you to cover it."
April O’Neil "I won't let you down, Burne."
[Vernon comes bursting into the garage.]
Vernon "Now just a darn minute! I should be the one to cover that opening!"
Thompson "The way you've been messing up stories lately, you're lucky you still have a job, Vernon!"
Irma "Isn't the Lofty Tower supposed to be the tallest in the world? Gee, I hope it's safe."
April "I'm sure it is, Irma."
Thompson "Hey, hey, hey! Think of what a story it would make if, by some weird fluke, it happens to fall over!"
[He laughs. Vernon suddenly looks frightened.]
Vernon "I--I changed my mind. You deserve the story, April."
[Cut to the Technodrome.]
Krang "Now, to open the dimensional gateway, and send you to Earth.
Oh, what's that?"
[He hears an explosion.]
Oh, what's that?"
[He and Shredder look outside in time to see a meteorite smash into the asteroid they’re on.]
Shredder "What the devil is it?"
Krang "We'd better investigate.
It looks like a big egg."
[Bebop and Rocksteady accompany them. When they reach the crash site, they get a better look at the object.]

Rocksteady "Too bad we ain't got no bacon."
Bebop "Uh, I think it's hatching!"
[The egg breaks open and a little pink flying creature pops out, giggling and screeching.]
Krang "Oh, no. It's... a Zipp."
Bebop "Uh, gee.
He's kinda cute."
[The Zipp lands on his finger and he scratches it under the chin.]

Krang "You fool! That's the most dreaded creature in all the galaxies."
Shredder "That little thing?"
Krang "We must get out of here before it destroys us all!"
[They run back to the Technodrome.]
Zipp "Wee!"
[It flies after them. When the group is inside, Krang closes the outer door.]
Krang "Safe! I only hope it didn't follow us."
Zipp "Wee!"
Krang "No!"
[They turn around and see the Zipp eat right through the metal outer hull of the Technodrome.]
Zipp "Wee! Zip-ow! Ziiip."
[It makes ‘zipping’ noises as it flies around inside, circling the group and then beginning to eat a wall panel.]
Shredder "Bebop, Rocksteady, stop that creature!"
[The Zipp is sitting down eating metal pipes. Bebop, Rocksteady, and Shredder dive at it, but it eludes them.]
Zipp "Wee!"
[It flies along a control panel, mouth open, and eats its way to a wall, where it chews a big hole.]
Shredder "That thing is going to eat the entire Technodrome if it isn't stopped!"
Krang "Worse than that. You haven't seen the half of what that monster can do.
Stop it!"
[The Zipp is chewing on a wall.]
Stop it!"
[Shredder manages to grab the Zipp.]
Shredder "We must dispose of this little beast somehow."
Krang "How? The only way to get rid of a Zipp is to-- I've got it. I've got it. We'll send the Zipp to Earth.
Then, while they're all trying to stop it, you and the punks can find the rigidium and steal it with no resistance. Good riddance, you little monster!"
[The trans-dimensional portal opens.]

[Shredder throws the Zipp through the portal. It lands on a sidewalk in New York City. It immediately starts eating a manhole cover, drops into the sewers, lands in a wooden barrel, and rolls.]
Zipp "Whoa!"
[The barrel hits a pile of bricks and tips into a standing position, but the opening is on the ground. The Zipp tries taking a bite of the wood, but spits it out and makes disgusted sounds.]
Zipp "Ew, patooie!"
[It starts banging on the barrel. Inside the turtles’ lair, the guys are cleaning up the pizza dough mess.]
Michelangelo "I thought we'd never get that gizmo shut down."
Raphael "Yeah. Let's just hope it never gets started up again."
Leonardo "Guys... do you hear something?"
Raphael "No. But as soon as I finish cleaning up this mess, Donatello's gonna hear plenty!"
[There is a distant banging sound reaching the lair.]
Donatello "No, wait! I hear it, too!"
Michelangelo "Hey! Maybe we've got mice!"
Raphael "Here in the sewers? Don't be ridiculous."
Leonardo "It's coming from over there!"
[They exit the lair and immediately see the barrel. It’s moving.]
Raphael "Well, what do ya know? Heh-heh An angry rain barrel."
Leonardo "No. There's something in it!"
Michelangelo "Well, that means someone's gonna have to turn it over and...
...look inside?"
[He gulps.]

Raphael "Ah, good thinkin', pal! Let us know what you find."
Michelangelo "Uh...hello! Anybody in there?
Well...here goes..."
[He hears the Zipp’s chattering.]
Well...here goes..."
[He lifts the barrel. The Zipp flies up and starts kissing Michelangelo.]
Zipp "Zip zip!"
Donatello "Hey hey, Michelangelo! I think it likes you!"
Raphael "Yeah, but what the heck is it?"
Leonardo "Perhaps Master Splinter will know."
[Zipp is licking Michelangelo’s face. The turtles consult with Splinter.]
Splinter "I have no idea where this creature could have come from. Never in my life have I seen anything like it."
Michelangelo "It sure is cute!"
[Zipp spots a can on the table and proceeds to chomp it down.]
Raphael "And hungry!"
Zipp "Zip zip!"
[Zipp flies over to the VCR and proceeds to eat it.]
Donatello "Hey!"
Raphael "That thing ate our VCR!"
Donatello "And our rental tape was in it! Oh, think of the late fees."
[Zipp starts eating a metal stop sign. Raphael pulls a sai and addresses the creature.]
Raphael "Okay. Look here, Leadbelly! You can't just...!
I can see this is gonna be one of those days."
[Zipp chomps the shaft off his sai.]

Splinter "It seems to only eat metal."
Zipp "Ooo!"
[Zipp starts eating Donatello’s pizza-dough maker.]
Donatello "Hey! My machine!"
[Suddenly Zipp stops eating, rubs its belly, and then glows. A second later Zipp divides into two. They both start burbling at each other as they float in the air.]
Raphael "You've gotta be puttin' me on!"
Leonardo "Come on! We've gotta stop them!"
[The turtles dive for the pair, but they get away and fly out of the lair. The turtles chase them into the tunnels and see them start upwards.]
Michelangelo "They're heading for the street!"
Donatello "What do you suppose made it divide in two?"
Leonardo "Donatello, was there anything special about that machine of yours?"
Donatello "No...except that it was entirely made of copper."
Leonardo "Then it's a safe bet that every time those things eat copper, they double."
Raphael "And how much copper do you suppose they'll find up there?"
Donatello "Well, there's copper everywhere! Telephone wires, plumbing, anything made of brass or bronze, like doorknobs or statues or... Oh, no!"
Leonardo "Come on!"
[The turtles climb the ladder up to the surface. When they slide the manhole cover aside and look out, they appear shocked. All around them are the sounds that the Zipp makes, multiplied.]
Raphael "Fellow turtles... I think we've got a bit of a problem on our hands."
[There are now hundreds of Zipp creatures, eating everything in sight.]
Raphael "Aw, they're gonna eat this city alive if we don't do something!"
[A Zipp flies over them and bounces off of Donatello’s head. It flies off laughing.]
Donatello "Yeah. And every time they eat copper, there's two more of 'em!"
Leonardo "I'm beginning to get an idea where that first little guy came from!"
Michelangelo "Someplace like maybe... Dimension X?"
Raphael "Bingo! They've practically got Shredder's fingerprints all over them!
You can't catch the little motor-mouths!"
[He chases one and dives to grab it, but the Zipp eludes him.]

[Michelangelo grabs one who is eating a parking meter. It divides into two and flies away.]
Michelangelo "And there's more of 'em every minute!"
Donatello "What we need is a plan!"
Leonardo "Have you got one?"
Donatello "Nope. I was hoping you had one!"
Michelangelo "Dudes, I say we split up!"
Donatello "Why?"
Michelangelo "Well, 'cause that's what they're doing!"
Leonardo "At this point, anything's worth a try! Let's go!"
[A Zipp enters an antique store and begins eating and multiplying.]
Owner "Oh, my antiques! I'm ruined!"
[A young man dances to music from his boombox. A Zipp flies in and eats it. Another one dives down and eats the metal ornaments off of the man.]
Raphael "Well, at least those little pests are good for something!"
[The turtles keep trying to grab the Zipps, with no luck.]
Leonardo "This is not working!"
Michelangelo "Well, what do you expect, dude? There's four of us and eighty bazillion of them!"
Raphael "This is a job for the Department of Pest Control!"
Leonardo "We found the first one. We're responsible for all this! And we need a plan."
Donatello "All we can do is follow them and study them! Maybe we can find something that will stop them!"
Leonardo "Well, it's not a plan. But it's all we've got."
Raphael "I knew I should have taken up dentistry instead of ninjutsu!"
[Krang and Shredder watch the mayhem from the Technodrome.]
Krang "Excellent! Those Zipps are tearing the city apart! The path is clear now for you to steal the rigidium we need!"
Shredder "But how will I find it?"
Krang "Use the transport vehicle's built-in metal detector. I set it to seek out -- what else -- rigidium! Now go!"
[Shredder drives through the portal, lands on a city street, and is immediately stopped by traffic.]
Rocksteady "Gee, I thought Krang said the path was clear for us!"
Shredder "We've landed in the middle of rush hour!"
Bebop "We'll be stuck here all day, boss!"
Shredder "Then we'll just have to solve the city's traffic problem!"
[He puts the transport vehicle into gear and rolls forward. Drivers see him coming in their rear view mirrors and jump screaming from their vehicles. The transport vehicle begins rolling over the cars in its path.]
Shredder "Out of my way!"
Rocksteady "Let somebody else get through, will ya?"
[Meanwhile, the turtles continue following some of the Zipps.]
Raphael "They're heading into the Natural History Museum!"
[The Zipps chomp and burble everything in sight. One of the goes through a glass case and begins eating mineral samples.]
Michelangelo "Hey! Lay off those mineral samples!
Huh? Where'd he go?"
[The Zipp eats something that makes it sit back, burp, and then vanish.]
Huh? Where'd he go?"
[A group of Zipps eat the legs on a table which holds a display of turtles. The table falls and the turtles are broken.]
Raphael "Now that's going too far!"
Michelangelo "All right, you little dudes! Knock it off!
What you're doing is bad. Wrong-ola!
What do you know? It worked!"
[The Zipps go silent and look at him.]

[There is sad burbling from the Zipps.]
What do you know? It worked!"
Raphael "I wonder if this has something to do with your saving that first one from the barrel?"
Michelangelo "Come on! We're clearing outta here!"
[The Zipps follow him out the front door of the building. Shredder continues crushing cars as he drives through the city.]
Shredder "According to the metal detector, there's a huge shaft of rigidium running all the way to the top of this building! That spire on top should be ample for our needs."
Bebop "Well, yeah! But, uh, how we gonna get all the way up there?"
Shredder "By shifting gears into vertical!"
[He shifts a gear and the transport vehicle blasts off, rising up to the top of the building. People are standing on top of the pad through which the tip of the spire can be seen. Amongst the people are reports, including April and Irma.]
Donald J. Lofty "And so it was, through the discovery of the new miracle metal, rigidium, that I, Donald J. Lofty, could build Lofty Tower. A huge shaft of rigidium runs through the building, connecting here, in the central support spire."
Irma "Oh, boy. This is the longest speech I've ever heard."
April "No, just the boringest."
Lofty "And now, the mayor and I will cut the ribbon, and proclaim Lofty Tower to be—
Eeyagh!"
[A laser blast hits the giant scissors and knocks Lofty down.]
Eeyagh!"
Bebop "Nobody move!
We're takin' that rigid-dad-din-da-dum."
[April gasps.]
We're takin' that rigid-dad-din-da-dum."
[Leonardo and Donatello walk by a newsstand and vending machine.]
Donatello "All this running around has me bushed. I need something to eat."
[He makes a selection from the machine and opens the package. Before he can put the candy bar in his mouth, a Zipp sweeps in and eats it.]
Zipp "A-reee! Ree! Zippie! Yum! Yum! Yum!"
Donatello "Boy, they must really like chocolate!"
Leonardo: It's probably pretty scarce in Dimension X. Hey! Do you realize that's the first thing they've eaten that wasn't metal? ""
Donatello "Let's try it again."
[He gets another candy bar, opens it, and places it on the ground. Two Zipps swoop in and make short work of the candy.]
Zipp "Yah yah!"
[As soon as they finish the candy, there’s a flash, and the two become one.]
Donatello "Did you see that?"
Leonardo "They reunited!"
Donatello "But how will we get all of them to do it? It'll take a miracle!"
Leonardo "No! Just a really big chocolate bar! Come on!"
[Atop Lofty Tower, the people hold their hands up as Shredder prepares to steal the ridigium.]
Irma "April! What are we going to do?"
April "I've gotta contact the turtles somehow!"
Shredder "Now to cut down the spire!"
Lofty "No! You can't! Every girder in the building connects to that thing! If you cut it off, the whole building will fall!"
Shredder "That will be your problem!"
[He fires up the laser cutter, aiming it at the spire. While this is happening, Leonardo and Donatello have arrived at the Ajax Candy Foundry.]
Leonardo "Ajax Industrial Candy Foundry. Makers of the world's largest chocolates!"
[They enter the building and see stacks of giant candy bars. A worker spots them.]
Donatello "Just what we're looking for!"
Worker "Hey! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Frogs!"
Leonardo "Turtles!"
Worker "I'm one of your biggest fans!"
Donatello "Thanks! We'll send you an autographed photo later. But right now, we need that candy bar!"
[He points to a huge bar of candy. With the candy bar attached to rope and pulleys, Leonardo and Donatello lift the chocolate high above the floor. After tying off the rope, Leonardo draws his sword.]
Leonardo "Now to unwrap it!"
[He springs atop the candy and runs along cutting the wrapping away. In the distance, they can hear the Zipps drawing closer.]
Donatello "Here they come."
[The Zipps run through the fences and converge on the candy.]
Leonardo "Go get it, fellas!"
[Michelangelo and Raphael arrive and see the Zipps chomping the candy bar.]
Michelangelo "Whoa! You found something those dudes really dig!"
Raphael "Yeah, and I bet they don't even save us a bite!"
Leonardo "There's more to it than that. Watch!"
[As they eat, the Zipps start reuniting.]
Michelangelo "Whoa! They're getting it together!"
[As they converge, the remaining Zipps grow larger, until there is a single Zipp remaining.]
Michelangelo "Uh-oh!"
[A huge shadow covers the turtles and its followed by a deep growl.]
Donatello "I'm beginning to think this was a big mistake."
Raphael "A big mistake? I'd call it a King Kong-sized mistake!"
[The remaining Zipp is as big as a building.]
Zipp "Zip! Zip!
Zip!"
[It burps a few times.]
Zip!"
[The Zipp starts munching on the candy foundry.]
Raphael "Boy! Doesn't that guy ever get full?"
Donatello "Unless we can find a way to shrink him down somehow, we're sunk!"
Michelangelo "Hey, dudes! I saw one of 'em shrink!"
Leonardo "You did?"
Michelangelo "Yeah! At the museum! It was eating mineral samples, and then suddenly it shrank and vanished!"
Donatello "One of the minerals must not have agreed with it!"
Raphael "Yeah! But which one?"
Leonardo "We've got to find out!"
[The Zipps burps and walks off after eating the building. Back at Lofty Tower, Shredder has almost cut all of the way through the spire.]
Shredder "In a few minutes, this rigidium spire will be ours!"
Irma "And this whole building will fall!"
April "We've gotta call the turtles!"
Irma "But how?"
April "By keeping Bebop distracted, while you call the turtles on my turtlecom!"
Irma "How are you going to distract Bebop?"
April "By using my journalistic skills!"
Bebop "Move it on back, April O'Neil!"
April "Come on, Bebop! How about an interview?"
Bebop "Hey, I'm not fallin' for any... interview?"
April "Sure! An interview with a clever, dashing, uh, person like you would be a real scoop!"
Bebop "It would?"
April "I'm sure my viewers would be very interested in what you have to say."
[She points the camera at him.]
Bebop "Well, yeah! I am pretty interesting. Ask me my opinion on comic books!"
[The turtles have returned to the museum.]
Michelangelo "This is the case he ate the ore samples from."
Leonardo "And chances are, the last one he ate is the one that made him shrink!"
Donatello "Pyrite, quartz, iron, titanium, ballonium... rigidium! Oh, great. That's one of the rarest metals on Earth!"
Raphael "Where the heck are we gonna find enough to—"
[Leonardo’s turtlecom beeps.]
Irma "Come in, guys! It's Irma! I'm at the Lofty Tower. Shredder's here. He's cutting down the top spire of the tower, and if you don't stop him, the whole building's gonna fall over."
Raphael "He's cutting off the top of the tower? Why?"
Irma "It's made out of some metal he needs. Something called rigidium?"
Donatello "Rigidium?"
Leonardo "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
Raphael "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?"
Michelangelo "Pizza?"
Leonardo "No! We've got to get to Lofty Tower!"
Donatello "But what about the monster?"
Raphael "Hold the phone! A bunch of little ones obeyed Michelangelo!"
Michelangelo "Yeah! 'Cause I helped the first little dude out of the barrel!"
Leonardo "Then let's hope it still remembers!"
All "Go, Green Machine!"
[They leave the museum. April still has Bebop talking.]
Bebop "Uh, so that basically sums up my view on world affairs. Now about this weather we're having..."
Shredder "Bebop, quit fooling around over there! We're almost ready!
Krang! Open the dimensional portal!"
[The metal spire creaks and then starts rocking. Shredder uses his comlink to reach the Technodrome.]
Krang! Open the dimensional portal!"
[A portal opens near them. Bebop and Rocksteady push on the spire.]
Shredder "Push!"
[The spire falls and lands on the transport vehicle. Lofty Tower begins to wobble.]
Lofty "Oh, no! The building's gonna fall!"
Shredder "Now to Dimension X, with our prize!"
[He starts driving towards the portal.]
Raphael "Not so fast, Chrome-Dome!"
[A huge shadow looms up, and then the Zipp places one hand against the transport vehicle, stopping it in its tracks.]
Shredder "Oh, no!"
[There’s a loud rumbling from the building and it rocks back and forth. Michelangelo is sitting on the Zipp’s shoulder.]
Michelangelo "We gotta prop this place up!"
Zipp "Ziiiiip!"
[The Zipp grabs a nearby skyscraper, bends it, and uses it to prop up the Lofty Tower. Everyone starts clapping. Michelangelo points at the rigidium spire.]
Michelangelo "There's some metal munchies for ya, dude!"
[The Zipp licks its lips and grabs the rigidium spire, shoving the spire into its mouth. It burps and then lights up as it shrinks. The turtles, who were riding on it, fall. Donatello grabs the side of the building, Raphael grabs his ankles, Leonardo grabs Raphael and catches Michelangelo. The Zipp is shrinking and falling. Michelangelo spins his turtle line.]
Zipp "Ziiiip!"
Leonardo "Grab him!"
Michelangelo "Hang on, dude!"
[He throws the line and catches the Zipp’s ankle. The turtles flip onto the Lofty Tower roof and pull the Zipp up. Shredder revs his engine and speeds towards the portal. The Zipp gives chase.]
Zipp "Wee! Zip zip zip zip!
Wee-ee-ee-ee-ee! Rah! Yum yum yum yum--!"
[The Zipp enters the Technodrome with the transport vehicle.]
Wee-ee-ee-ee-ee! Rah! Yum yum yum yum--!"
Krang "Stop him! He'll ruin us!"
[Cut to the turtles who are walking through the sewer tunnels.]
Raphael "Boy, we sure fixed Shredder's hash, huh, guys?"
Donatello "Yeah! Now that little over-eater will be his problem!"
Leonardo "And we'll never have to see one of those little creatures again!"
Raphael "Yeah! It's enough to make you appreciate how boring things were before!"
Michelangelo "But ya’ know, all the same, I'm gonna miss those little dudes!"
Leonardo "Not me! I'm gonna forget about 'em, and get back to my practicing!
Huh?"
[He pulls one of his swords, only to discover the blade is gone.]
Huh?"
[He grabs his scabbard and looks inside. A Zipp pops up.]
Zipp "Wee!"
All "Oh, no!"
[The Zipp bounces off the walls as it evades their clutches. Raphael lands face down in the water.]
Raphael "I think I'll check into a motel until this blows over!"
[End Credits]
