[Opening sequence and theme song.]
[Episode begins inside the turtles’ lair. Splinter is seated at his low table, while the turtles sit opposite him for their lesson.]
Splinter "The first phase of the tea ceremony is to admire the cup. Each cup is unique, like no other."
Michelangelo "I say you've seen one tea cup, you've seen ‘em all."
Splinter "Meditate on the individual beauty of your own cup."
Raphael "Meanwhile, the tea is getting cold."
Splinter "The way of the tea ceremony is the way of patience, Raphael."
Donatello "You know, like stop and smell the roses."
Michelangelo "Or hold the pepperoni."
Splinter "Now sip the tea. Feel its vibrations coursing through your bodies."
[There is a loud rumble and the lair starts shaking.]
Michelangelo "Whoa. I really feel those vibes, Sensei."
Raphael "Vibes, my foot. It's an earthquake."
Donatello "I'm not so sure. Let's check the surveillance gear.
It's a massive vibration from the center of the Earth."
[They run into another room so that he can check his machines.]
It's a massive vibration from the center of the Earth."
Raphael "Like I said, an earthquake!"
Donatello "It seems to be getting closer."
Leonardo "A moving earthquake? Your gear must be wrong."
[It happens again. The shaking dislodges a vase from a shelf, and the vase breaks on Michelangelo’s head.]
Michelangelo "Ouch! On the other hand, it could be right."
Leonardo "There's only one other thing it can be; the Technodrome."
Splinter "If Shredder and Krang have gotten it moving once again, the consequences could indeed be dire."
Michelangelo "Dudes, looks like showtime."
[A rock wall crumbles far underground and reveals the Technodrome, which is now moving.]
Shredder "At last. At last! The Technodrome moves again! The world is ours, Krang!"
Krang "Those missile fuel cells provide more than enough energy."
Shredder "And with our energy restored, our engines repowered, and our weapons recharged, we will soon rise to the surface and take over this wretched planet."
Krang "The trip to the surface will take hours. Let us send the people of Earth a little announcement of our arrival."
Shredder "How do you plan to do that?"
Krang "The pandimensional portal is also functioning now."
Shredder "And we will once again have access to the weaponry of Dimension X."
Krang "Which we shall use to reduce any resistance we'll meet when we arrive on the surface. General Traag."
[The general appears on the Technodrome’s viewing screen.]
General Traag "I await your commands, my lord."
Krang "The time is here, Traag. Soon this miserable planet will be ours. But first, I want you to send me the minimizer."
General Traag "At once, my lord."
[He sends an object through the portal and into the Technodrome.]
Shredder "What is this minimizer?"
Krang "A device of my own design. It will make certain that all our problems are little ones. He he he!"
[The minimizer flies out of the Technodrome. Meanwhile, the turtles are walking through the sewers.]
Raphael "I don't get it. How could Krang and Shredder get the Technodrome moving again?"
Leonardo "It must be using fuel from that missile plant Rocksteady and Bebop broke into."
Donatello "Well, whatever it is, it's sure making a lot of noise. I'm picking up heavy sound wave activity. That a way."
Raphael "Come on, troops. Let's do it!"
[Leonardo cuts through some pipes and they leap down to a lower level. They spot another even larger pipe.]
Michelangelo "Dudes, this looks like a major shortcut."
[Leonardo cuts a slice out of that pipe.]
Raphael "Hey, nice work, Leonardo. Did you ever think of becoming a heart surgeon?"
Leonardo "Turtle power!"
Donatello "Geronimo!"
Michelangelo "Cowabunga! Have a nice day."
[The minimizer breaks through the ground and soars up into the sky.]
Krang "The minimizer is on the surface."
Shredder "Now to see if it can deliver as promised."
Krang "Oh, it can and will, I promise you."
Shredder "Even Bebop and Rocksteady could control this minimizer."
Bebop "I'm real good at video games."
Krang "Later. First we do some real damage."
[Krang deploys a pair of drills, which begin drilling into the rock above the Technodrome.]
Leonardo "We're beneath the sewers now in the Earth's crust."
Michelangelo "I wish you wouldn't mention crusts. It makes me think of pizzas."
[There’s a loud rumble and the ground shakes.]
Donatello "Do you hear that? We're getting closer."
Raphael "Well, if it really is the Technodrome, what are we gonna do? Tell them to stop?"
Leonardo "We'll have to get inside somehow and shut it down, before it reaches the surface of the Earth."
[Raphael breaks the fourth wall.]
Raphael "Still think you'd like to be a teenage mutant ninja turtle?"
[The minimizer approaches a military base.]
Flight Controller "Sir, this is base flight control. We have a hostile aircraft approaching at high speed."
Army Colonel "What are you waiting for? Blast it out of the sky!"
Flight Controller "Sir, we're not able to stop it. It's firing a green ray at us.
The ray is shrinking us! We're getting
smaller!"
[The base shrinks.]
The ray is shrinking us! We're getting
[high pitched voice]
smaller!"
[The minimizer uses a tractor beam to pull the shrunken base up into it.]
Krang "It worked! It worked! Soon, all the armies of Earth will be coming up a little short."
Bebop "Uh, yeah, but what about the turtles?"
Shredder "Ha ha ha! If they try to get in our way, we'll crush them! The Technodrome will squash them in their shells like bugs!"
[The turtles enter a cavern that’s shaking and rumbling.]
Donatello "We're really close now. Look at those readings."
Raphael "We could have figured that out from the noise."
Donatello "My guess is, it's on the other side of that Wall-lllll!"
[The turtles all yell as part of the cave ceiling falls on them. The Technodrome breaks through a rock wall and rolls right towards them.]
Leonardo "It's gonna roll right over us!"
Raphael "We'll be flattened like turtle pizzas!"
Michelangelo "Well, I guess if you've gotta go, that's the best way!"
[The turtles all grunt and struggle to free themselves.]
Donatello "Look out! Here it comes!"
Raphael "I'm stuck. I can't move."
[They manage to free themselves in the nick of time, dropping to the ground so that the Technodrome passes over them. Michelangelo pulls out his grappling hook.]
Michelangelo "As long as it's going our way, let's hitch a ride."
[He hooks onto the Technodrome and the turtles climb up onto its side. Raphael pulls out his turtlecom.]
Raphael "April, do you read me? The Technodrome's moving! It's heading toward the surface. Alert the military, warn the world! Oh, and cancel my subscription to the ninja newsletter."
[April is inside the Channel 6 news station.]
April O'Neil "I'm on it, Raphael. Burne?"
Burne Thompson "What is it, April?"
April "I just heard the Technodrome is heading this way!"
Thompson "It is? What's a Technodrome?"
April "It's Shredder's battle machine. It could crush the city flat if it isn't stopped! Please, Burne, there's not a moment to lose!"
Thompson "Well, all right! I'll call my contacts in the military, but this had better be for real."
April "I'll get the news van. We've gotta warn the world about this."
[Three of the turtles work to try and pry a panel off the side of the Technodrome.]
Donatello "Hang on, you guys. All together now."
[They are grunting and working hard, but are unsuccessful.]
Leonardo "Guys, this way, maybe?"
[He’s holding onto the handle of a door.]
Raphael "Entrance? Krang expects us to fall for that?
Huh. I guess he does."
[Leonardo turns the handle and the door opens. He enters, followed by his brothers.]
Huh. I guess he does."
Michelangelo "Dudes, look at all those wheels."
Donatello "There's only two places we can shut down this oversized rust bucket."
Leonardo "We'll split into two teams. Raphael and I will hit the engine room."
Donatello "Right. Michelangelo, you and I will take the relay room."
Michelangelo "Bingo. We'll delay the relay."
Raphael "May I suggest we take some wheels?"
[He and Leonardo hop onto turtle seeking cycles and drive away.]
Both "Turtle power! Turtle power!"
[Michelangelo and Donatello jump onto a Technorover and go the opposite direction.]
Michelangelo "Cowabunga!"
[At the news station, Mr. Thompson starts making calls.]
Thompson "Operator, get me Fort Mackintosh."
Recording "This is Fort Mackintosh. We're busy with a code red emergency. So please leave your name and number at the sound of the beep."
[BEEP.]
Thompson "Oh, great! April, come in, April. Drop whatever you're doing and get to Fort Mackintosh, pronto!"
April "What about the Technodrome?"
Thompson "Forget it. This is bigger than the Technodrome."
April "Believe me, nothing's bigger than the Technodrome. You're the boss."
[On their turtle seeking cycles, Raphael and Leonardo zip through corridors.]
Raphael "We could search this king-sized rat maze for days and not find anything."
Leonardo "The engine room must be on the lower levels. We've just got to keep searching."
Raphael "What the heck is this place?"
Leonardo "Looks like the thermal regulating chamber."
Raphael "Right. Of course."
Michelangelo "You know, sooner or later, shred head's going to get hip to us."
[Shredder and Krang see them on the view screen.]
Shredder "How the devil did the turtles get in here? We've got to stop them."
Krang "Great. You keep the minimizer running. Let Rocksteady, Bebop, and some Foot soldiers take care of them."
Shredder "You heard him. Go annihilate those reptiles!"
Rocksteady "Uh, right, boss. Heh heh, we got them shellbacks right where we want them."
Bebop "Yeah, but ain't we had them there before? And just in case those zipheads fail, I have a few more surprises in store for the turtles."
[In the Channel 6 news van, April has reached the Fort.]
April "There's Fort Mackintosh. The troops are shooting at that flying wing. I see it! That green ray is shrinking the entire fort! I don't believe it! I've got to follow that thing. It's guilty of theft of government property!"
[As April turns to follow the minimizer, Leonardo and Raphael continue their search inside the Technodrome.]
Raphael "How on earth are we supposed to find anything in this oversized hot dog stand?"
Leonardo "We just have to look behind every door till we discover the engine room."
[He opens a door and comes face to face with a missile.]
Raphael "Whoa!"
Leonardo "Wrong door!!"
[He slams the door and both jump aside as the missile breaks through the door and flies away.]
Leonardo "They can't have missiles behind every door."
[A sword slices through the door he’s about to try.]
Raphael "That's true, Leonardo, some of them have—"
Both "Foot soldiers! Ahhh!"
[They run as the Foot soldiers come after them. Both dive into a nearby chute and land in another room.]
Raphael "Now what the heck is this place?"
Leonardo "It's some kind of manufacturing plant."
Raphael "Yeah, but unless we can get it to manufacture an engine room, I am out of here."
[Krang is watching them.]
Krang "It won't be that easy. I plan to amuse myself with you for a while."
Leonardo "We're going to need explosives to put the engine room out of commission. This might be the place to find them."
Raphael "Fine, but let's don't hang around.
I distinctly said we're not hanging around. Whoa! Oof!"
[A large claw hand grabs him.]
I distinctly said we're not hanging around. Whoa! Oof!"
[The claw hand drops him on a conveyor belt and another claw grabs Leonardo.]
Leonardo "Raphael? Whoa!"
[Clamps fasten onto Raphael’s wrists and ankles.]
Raphael "Hey, cool it, bud, I'm not an auto chassis. Uh-oh.
Turtle tartar is not my favorite dish."
[He starts rolling towards cutter blades.]
Turtle tartar is not my favorite dish."
[Meanwhile, Michelangelo and Donatello are still on their search as well.]
Michelangelo "We have been all over this level, dude. And the relay room is, like, nowhere."
Donatello "Then we'll have to head up. There's an elevator."
[Then enter the elevator and start going up. Donatello’s turtlecom beeps.]
April "Donatello, it's April."
Donatello "Where are you, April?"
April "Fort Mackintosh. There's a weird machine up here that shrunk the entire base."
Donatello "It must be Krang's work. With the Technodrome repowered, he can pull anything through that dimensional portal. You keep following that thing, April."
April "Don't worry, I intend to."
[The elevator dings as it comes to a stop. The doors open to reveal Bebop and Rocksteady, both holding laser guns.]
Rocksteady "Ooh, third floor. Lingerie, evening wear, and turtle stomping."
Donatello "Bebop! Rocksteady!"
Bebop "Nice of you wimps to show up."
[The turtles leap up and grab hand holds as the two mutants step into the elevator. The turtles jump down on them.]
Michelangelo "We were in the neighborhood—"
Donatello "So we thought we'd drop in."
Bebop "Say goodbye, geeks."
Michelangelo "What a totally rude dude."
[He strikes the laser gun Bebop is holding, forcing him to drop it.]
Bebop "Hey, watch it! Don't bend the merchandise."
[Michelangelo hits the firing mechanism just as Bebop is picking the gun up. It fires and blasts a hole in the floor of the elevator. The turtles kick the two mutants into the opening.]
Donatello "Don't worry, there'll be another car along in a minute."
Mutants "Aah! Aah!"
Rocksteady "They sure ain't acting nice, considering they're guests."
Bebop "Yeah, I wonder who invited them."
[The elevator opens.]
Donatello "Michelangelo, we found it! The relay room."
Shredder "They found it! We must stop them!"
Krang "You operate the minimizer. I'll handle those turtles.
In fact, I'll manhandle them. Ha ha ha ha!"
[He trades out the android’s arms for chain mace.]
In fact, I'll manhandle them. Ha ha ha ha!"
[Raphael is rolling ever closer to the blades and the claw hand is still holding Leonardo.]
Raphael "Oh, I guess this is my payback for being such a cutup."
Leonardo "I'm on my way."
[He grabs his sword and slices through the claw and then runs over to free Raphael.]
Raphael "Whoo! I owe you one, buddy."
Leonardo "No problem. Now all we have to worry about is the—"
Both "Foot soldiers!"
[A group of Foot soldiers run towards them. In the relay room, Donatello explains what they need to do.]
Donatello "If we take out a few of these electrodes, the whole Technodrome will shut down. Krang!"
Krang "Ha ha ha ha! You're going to have to tangle with me first. And I do mean tangle."
[He spins the chain mace and wraps the chains around the two turtles.]
Michelangelo "Uh-oh! We've been bolo blitzed."
[April is still following the minimizer.]
April "What? It's stopping over at that park. Now it's unloading those miniaturized army bases. What on earth is it doing now? Uh-oh! I'm sorry I asked!
I'd like to lose a few pounds, but not that way! Oh, no!
It's a good thing I always wear my seat belts.
Now what?"
[It begins firing at her.]
I'd like to lose a few pounds, but not that way! Oh, no!
[She loses control of the van and it flips over.]
It's a good thing I always wear my seat belts.
[The ground starts shaking.]
Now what?"
Shredder "At last, after all this time, the Technodrome arises!"
[The Technodrome breaks through the ground and rises to the surface. It starts rolling directly towards April, who is trapped in her van.]
April "That's got to be the Technodrome, and it's headed this way! The door won't open!"
Shredder "Ha, ha, ha! At last, our day of triumph is upon us. Now, to crush the puny citizens of Earth!"
April "Uh, I can't open it.
Leonardo, Donatello, help!"
[She activates her turtlecom.]
Leonardo, Donatello, help!"
[Krang is spinning Michelangelo and Donatello around, then he slams them on the ground.]
Both "Whoa! Oh!"
Donatello "Gee, we'd like to, but we're all tied up right now."
April "The Technodrome is on the surface. It's headed straight for me and those shrunken army bases."
Michelangelo "Time to check out of this metal motel, dude."
Krang "You wish to go somewhere, turtles? I'll be happy to drive you."
[The android body’s arms change to pile drivers. Leonardo and Raphael are surrounded by Foot soldiers.]
Raphael "How many are there?"
Leonardo "About twenty."
Raphael "Ten to one odds, huh? I always liked long shots. But suddenly the favorites are starting to look pretty good."
[They start fighting the Foot. Meanwhile, the Technodrome draws closer to April as she struggles with the van’s door.]
April "The door still won't open! Don't you just hate it when that happens?"
[Michelangelo and Donatello grapple with Krang.]
Michelangelo "Hey, brain man, how about fighting fair?"
Krang "Fight fair? Nah!"
Donatello "Look out! We've gotta get out of here and help April."
Krang "You two will be taking a trip, but the direction will be straight down."
[He punches at them and both fall.]
Both "Whoa!"
Donatello "Michelangelo, let's take this turkey down."
Michelangelo "Tubuloso idea, compadre. Up we go."
[He leaps over Krang’s head.]
Krang "What?"
Michelangelo "And down we come."
Krang "Stand still so I can pound you."
Michelangelo "Whoa!
Gotcha. Get him, Donatello."
[He grabs the arms and throws Krang onto the ground.]
Gotcha. Get him, Donatello."
Donatello "It's time to scramble a few circuits."
[He reaches into the android body and makes adjustments. The body begins flailing around on the ground.]
Krang "Oh, no. No, no, no. No! Aah! Stop me!"
Michelangelo "Stop you? I'm gonna enter you in a breakdancing contest."
Krang "No! No!"
Donatello "He's certainly got a natural sense of rhythm."
Michelangelo "Yeah. With a little reprogramming, he could be a major party animal."
[They run away as sparks shoot from the android body.]
Krang "Ow, ow, ow! Shredder, come quickly! I need you!"
[As Leonardo and Raphael fight, they hear Donatello through the turtlecom.]
Donatello "Heads up, guys. This baby is on the surface and April's in deep trouble. Meet us where we came in."
Leonardo "Heads up."
[He holds his swords flat so Raphael can bounce off of them and then jumps up after him. Both grab a large crane hook and roll to a control panel, where they jump down.]
Leonardo "Time for some random reprogramming. I hope this works."
Raphael "I hope real soon.
It's working!"
[Metallic hands reach out and gather up the Foot soldiers.]
It's working!"
[The metal hands squeeze until the Foot soldiers are pulverized and then release the remnants.]
Leonardo "Hey, look, it's raining Foot soldiers."
Raphael "Wouldn't you know it? The weather bureau predicted sunny and mild."
[The turtles open an exterior door.]
Michelangelo "Uh-oh! If we don't move fast, April and those army bases are gonna be lumpy oatmeal."
Raphael "Michelangelo, you always did have a touch of the poet."
Leonardo "And look!"
Donatello "That must be the flying object that shrank the army bases."
Raphael "This is our only way to get to it."
Donatello "Hang on for blast-off!"
[They climb onto a missile.]
Turtles "Turtle power!"
[The missile aims for the minimizer. It in turn fires shrink rays at the turtles.]
Michelangelo "We're about to become tiny teenage turtles."
Leonardo "Not if we jump."
[They jump off the missile and grab onto the minimizer.]
Donatello "Hang on, fellas."
Michelangelo "April's about to be flattened by the Technodrome!"
Raphael "Is anyone thinking what I'm thinking?"
Donatello "I'm way ahead of you.
Hmm. let's see."
[He opens a control panel.]
Hmm. let's see."
April "I'll be okay. The turtles always rescue me at the last minute. Oh! What am I saying? This is the last minute! Ugh!
I don't need the turtles, I need a dry cleaner."
[She kicks the door open and flops out into the mud.]
I don't need the turtles, I need a dry cleaner."
Leonardo "Hurry up, Donatello."
Donatello "I think I found it."
[He turns a switch and the minimizer fires at the Technodrome.]
Michelangelo "All right! Now let's give those creepozoids a taste of their own medicine."
[Inside the Technodrome, Shredder makes adjustments to Krang’s android body as Bebop and Rocksteady look on.]
Krang "Oh, that's much better."
Rocksteady "Gee, I don't know, you had some pretty good moves before."
Shredder "All right, now we can get back to—
what's going on?"
[the lights dim]
what's going on?"
Krang "Those turtles! They have the minimizer!"
[The Technodrome rolls towards April, who runs.]
April "Help! Help!"
Krang "Oh, no. We're shrinking! We're shrinking!"
[Just as it nears April, it shrinks to a tiny size and rolls away from her.]
Leonardo "We did it. We shrunk the Technodrome."
Donatello "Whoops.
Sorry, fellas."
[The minimizer starts falling.]
Sorry, fellas."
Raphael "Uh, now is probably the wrong time to ask, but um, are you sure you can land this thing?"
Donatello "Hey, how hard can it be?"
[It crashes, throwing the turtles to the ground.]
Raphael "Not as hard as the ground."
Leonardo "The Technodrome! It's getting away!"
[Inside, a panicked Krang and Shredder fight the controls.]
Krang "We've got to get out of here! To the hole! Quickly!"
[They reach the hole in the ground and the Technodrome falls in.]
All "Aah! Aah! Aah!"
Donatello "Well, so much for the Technodrome."
Michelangelo "Yeah, it probably rolled all the way back to where it came from."
[Inside the hole, the Technodrome has fallen on its side.]
Shredder "Stick with me, you said. I'll make you a big man. Some big man!"
Krang "Relax, will you? I designed the minimizer and I can undo the effects of its rays."
[He throws a switch and everything returns to its normal size.]
Shredder "Now, to get those turtles!"
[Topside, Donatello hands April a laser looking device while his brothers push the Channel 6 van back onto its wheels.]
Donatello "Give this gizmo to the army, April. With the modifications I've made to it, they should be able to restore all the bases to normal."
April "Sure thing, Donatello."
Raphael "Time to go, team."
[The turtles catch a ride with April.]
Leonardo "I'd feel a whole lot better if the Technodrome hadn't gotten away."
Raphael "Yeah, we could have had it bronzed and hung it on the turtle van mirror."
April "Well, at least we know Krang and Shredder can't do any damage. They're only four inches tall."
Donatello "Right. In their condition, they could barely conquer a miniature golf course."
Michelangelo "Speaking of miniature golf courses, there's one in this part of town that makes these little green pizzas with tiny little flags, and marshmallows for golf balls."
[Everyone else groans.]
