Tempestra is an unlockable character in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Madness, who also features in boss battles.
She also appears in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge as the boss of Episode 6, where she's able to create simulated versions of Tokka and Rahzar to help her.
