Tempestra's Revenge is an arcade-based fantasy video game.

In this game, the user is challenged by the evil sorceress Tempestra. Leonardo plays it in the 1987 TV series episode, "Leonardo Versus Tempestra", only for the game to become real when a freak thunderstorm causes a power surge that affects the chip, causing the game's titular character to materialize in the real world.[1]
It has thirteen levels and features a variety of obstacles, including ice bombs and fireballs. As of the events of the episode, Leonardo was the only one to make it to the final level.
At the end of the episode, a truck carrying the broken arcade game can be seen speeding away.
