The Ninja Turtles along with fellow fighters, use the Teleportal to reach Burnow Island so that they can join the ongoing fight. Battle Lines, part 2
After Casey Jones has completed his training session with Natsu, he is approached by Bebop and Rocksteady. When Casey asks what they want, they tell him they need his help because he has tiny fingers, which confuses him. He follows them to the lab in the Foot Clan compound in Tōkyō where the Teleportal device is kept, finding that it has already been started. Casey says that they know how to work the Teleportal, but they reply that it took them a half an hour to start it (hence, the tiny fingers comment). The pair of mutants want to attend a fight in Las Vegas and utilize a hologram projection device given them by Karai to make themselves appear human. Casey activates the Teleportal so that Bebop and Rocksteady can step through into Las Vegas. Casey Jones Agent of the Foot Clan part 2: Second Half
