Synopsis[]

Burnow Island. As Seri plays and explores, Zom and Ma'riell discuss their concerns at not having been able to reach the Turtles. Seri reaches out, pointing to the fallen Triceraton commandos that are being cremated, and Ma'riell marvels that she seems to know what Zom is telling her when she explains who those were.

Meanwhile, Ch'rell registers his disgust with Kleve regarding not just the "waste" of viable Utrom "hosts" that are being ritualistically disposed of, but also the baby Seri. Ch'rell declares that he won't abide by this truce between the species and addresses the tank of fledging baby Utroms as part of his plan. Dr. Zura secretly overhears his ranting.

The Splinter Dōjō is almost completely destroyed, and although the living quarters may still be viable, the training hall is unrecoverable and there is still an immense amount of cleanup required. Mona offers to let the Splinter Clan to crash at her apartment for the time being. Jenny asks what their next step is, with Casey unsurprisingly suggesting revenge, but for his part, Leo uncharacteristically agrees. Raph shows up, with Jenny sarcastically noting his impeccable timing and both Leo and Al (especially the latter) peeved at him for being off "playing sheriff" when his family needed him. Leo says they'll go into Punk Frog territory that night, and Raph says Casey is out of the mission since he can't "be stealthy". Casey argues against it, and Leo says Casey has a stake in it, so he's coming. Raph tells him he's in charge of the operation since he's the law, but Mike interrupts them and tells them to knock it off. April agrees with Mike and Mona says they should all head back to her place until the night, so they can warm up.

That night, the Turtles, Al, and Casey head to Punk Frog territory. Mike states that they're going to try talking first, and only fight if necessary. Al notes that she likes Mikey taking charge like that.

When they meet up with the Frogs, Leo says they don't want to fight, but the Frogs don't believe them since they have weapons and attack immediately. During the brawl, Clyde still accuses Don of taking Bonnie, to which he continues to protest. Napoleon ends up knocking Al and Don off the roof with his whip. Raph shortly goes over the edge as well. The Splinter Clan is fighting a losing battle, so they fade into the shadows, hiding from their attackers. When one of the Frogs asks Clyde for clarification on Bonnie's kidnapper, as his description didn't sound like the ninja, he admits that maybe that turtle wasn't one of them. The Frogs nevertheless assert to defend their turf. Raph regroups with the Clan members as they hide, and go to look for their missing sensei.

Don and Al have fallen through a skylight into a building. Looking for a way out, they pass a bunch of scientific and medical equipment. Al hears someone coming, and the two of them hide in the rafters, watching Chuck pass under them. Don notes that the reason he was accused of taking Bonnie was because Clyde identified the kidnapper as having a prosthetic shell like his, and that the actual culprit might have received adornments similar to the bull they're witnessing. After he passes, they come across Jasper Barlow in his office, pouring some Lady Grey tea. He offers some to his visitors, and asks if Don is there for a consultation about his shell. He tells them he's a surgeon, and offers them a tour of the facilities when he realizes Don himself is also science-minded.

Back on Burnow, Zura informs Zom of what she overheard. Zom says that Seri is more important than the truce, and she won't be safe so long as Ch'rell is still around. Ma'riell suggests redoubling their efforts for contacting the Turtles for aid; Zom says that while there's just enough crafts to get them off of Burnow, she refuses to abandon her people. Ma'riell comes up with the idea that they should take Seri to the Maturation pods that the Utroms had used to accelerate the Triceraton clones' growth - despite Seri's status as a non-clone, she matches the same physiology - and that may be the only option they have to protect Seri - to have her defend herself. As they approach the Technodrome, Ch'rell erupts from some rubble in an exo-suit. Zom orders him to stand down, but as he tells her he doesn't take orders from her, he fires a laser that penetrates her chest.
