Trivia
- On page 1, there are three different signs that are easter eggs for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness:
- "Terror Bears" (partially cut off)
- "T'Cleass"
- "Rural Route 5"
- Diamond herself was originally based on the porcupine from TMNT & OS, making her a fourth reference on the same page.
- Mona Lisa's apartment appears to have shrunken in appearance in this issue compared to its debut appearance in "Wreckreation". According to Sophie Campbell, this is strictly an artistic difference for the sake of mood, as a more spacious apartment could feel more airy in a "fun" story like "Wreckreation", but Sophie drew the same location visually more confining in this issue to fit this story's mood.[1]
- Several characters demonstrate vocal talent:
- April has a good singing voice, but mostly for ballads.
- Raph is a good rapper, which recalls his affinity for hip hop mentioned in TMNT #105.
- Koya has do death metal growling.
- Al cannot sing well, however.
