Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a game developed by Magic Pockets and published by Activision. The game released on October 22, 2013 for Xbox 360, Wii, and Nintendo 3DS. It is based on the 2012 TV series by Nickelodeon.

The game's existence was revealed via the "Stealth Turtles" action figures, which mistakenly claimed that the game would be available at the time of the action figures' release.

One night, while the four Turtles are on the rooftops of New York, they are ambushed by Foot Soldiers. Later, they find out -- with the help of April -- the Foot Soldiers have built a Mutagen bomb to mutate the entire New York city. After the brothers have defused the bomb, the Turtles get a call from April's cell phone, which has been hijacked by Shredder. He has kidnapped April and demands that the Turtles bring him Splinter.

The goal of the game

Fight against the Foot Clan, the Kraang, Baxter Stockman and his Mousers to save April from Shredder. You can collect Mutagen canisters in the game which unlock the extras and gather points, which you can use to buy upgrades for your team.

Mutagen Canisters

There are a total of 33 canisters throughout the game. They are usually difficult to find, but they give off a distinctive sound which makes the search easier.

You get points when you collect the yellow stones when you defeat enemies and break some item props. With them, you can buy upgrades for each Turtle.

Food is found mostly during fights, hidden in all corners. Collecting them restores your health a bit. Various types of food are Pizza, sushi, noodles, algae and worms, etc.

In each level, you have 3 lives from the beginning, but there are also hidden extra lives. If you have no lives, and one of the Turtles has no lives, then you can play as long as you get a life again, which is then sacrificed to save the fallen turtle.
