Season 2 of the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series originally aired over Nickelodeon between 12 October 2013 and 26 September 2014.

The season begins with the Turtles failing to prevent the Kraang from delivering mutagen to Shredder, causing several accidental mutations.

Shredder leaves for Japan, and returns with Tiger Claw. Season 2 also sees the mutation of Spike.

In The Manhattan Project, the Turtles learn of the existence of their alternate counterparts.

The season ends with The Invasion, where the Turtles are separated from Splinter and have to retreat from New York City.
