Tmnt CGI pilot
In 2001, a 5-minute pilot for a 3D animated CGI TV series was produced by Rainbow Studios for the purpose of shopping around to networks. No networks were interested at the time, so the project was scrapped.

Trivia[]
- In the beginning of the video, Michelangelo yells "Turtle Power!" which was an exclamation by the Turtles from the 1987 television series. The famous catchphrase, "Cowabunga!", is yelled by Michelangelo at the end, which is also from the 1987 television series.
- There are several similarities between the CGI pilot and the 2003 television series, such as Raphael stopping Michelangelo from yelling "Cowabunga!" at the end of the pilot, which was a running gag throughout the 2003 series. Another similarity is the design of the vehicle that Donatello made, which is almost identical to the Battle Shell.
- The truck that Raphael and Casey fight Foot Ninjas on has the word "Mirage" on the side. This is a reference to Mirage Studios, which was the studio that handled the original Mirage Comic book series.
