Season 9 of the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series is the second of the Red Sky seasons, and originally aired over CBS on Saturday mornings between 16 September–4 November 1995.

The season is characterized by the absence of Shredder, Krang and the Technodrome, and the introduction of characters like Dregg and Carter. This season also sees the Turtles undergoing unstable mutation.

The Season 9 finale, Doomquest, was David Wise's final season as a writer.
