Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: World Tour is a 1990 computer game developed by Brian A. Rice, Inc. and published by Merit Software. It is an entry in the Electric Crayon series of digital coloring books. In World Tour, the Ninja Turtles utilize the Turtle Blimp to travel around the world to various locales and monuments.
Pictures could be colored from a palette of 16 colors. There is also a command called "Mix" which allows players to select different colors based on the one selected. Choosing a color and clicking in the picture performs a color fill in the area clicked. The finished, or in progress, coloring is automatically saved to disk. Players may also remove all colors applied previously to start coloring from the very beginning. Each picture also has an educative description and could be printed.
