The Tecnodromo, a huge war machine, serves as the base of operations for the Il Clan del Piede and its leaders, Shredder and Krang. The Tecnodromo is covered in foot-thick titanium armor, has a massive number of weapons, and stands several stories tall. In addition to its massive size and armaments, the Tecnodromo is equipped with a Portale Dimensionale that allows it and its occupants to travel between various dimensions. The Tecnodromo is hidden far beneath New York City and there are a number of underground passages which lead to its secret location.
History[]
The first time the Turtles ever hear of the Tecnodromo is from Shredder himself. After April O'Neil is kidnapped by some Ninja del clan del piede, the Turtles scale the Manhattan Security headquarters building in order to reach the roof to save her. They follow fleeing ninjas into the building and fall into a trap set by Shredder, who has the building flooded. On one of the viewing screens, Shredder laughs and tells the Turtles that they will never reach the Tecnodromo. Donatello replies that they don’t even know what it is. Arriva Shredder
According to the comic Troppa tv per Shredder, the Tecnodromo has 972 rooms, one of which is an arcade.
