In After the Bomb by Palladium Books, Technoville is the capitol city of The Empire of Humanity, located along the Hudson River in what used to be upstate New York. It is centered around a fission reactor, which serves as their power plant. As the most technologically advanced city, it has technology equaling that of United States in 1986 (when After the Bomb was published).
