Tassieland (nicknamed just "Tazzie") is a country in the After the Bomb timeline, described in the supplement Mutants Down Under. It was formerly known as the Australian island state of Tasmania.
Tassieland patterns itself after pre-bomb England and is ruled by King Bruce, who is allegedly the last surviving member of the British royal family. The population of Tassieland consists of 3,200 humans (6% have mutant powers), 128,000 mutant sheep, and approximately 200,000 other mutant animals.
Technological level is akin to the 1930s except for their use of plastic, which has replaced metal for almost all things in life. The monetary units are Razoo (plastic coins), Bickle (paper units equal to 30 Razoo), and Greenaways (also paper, equivalent to 10 Bickle/300 Razoo). Mutant insects are domesticated as livestock and is Tassieland's number one non-produce crop.
