Tara Strong is a voice actor best known is best known for portraying Batgirl and Harley Quinn in various DC Entertainment media, Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls, Timmy Turner from The Fairly Odd Parents, Raven from Teen Titans/Teen Titans Go!, the younger version of Ben Tennyson from the Ben 10 franchise, and Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony. She provided additional voices in the 2007 TMNT film.
