Tmnt wk24-12

One of Karai's aides from the 2003 TV series he appears in the City at War episodes where he plants a bomb on a water tower and helps Karai fight the turtles, Casey Jones, the Foot Clan, the Purple Dragons, and the Mafia. As well as the episodes Good Genes, Part 2 where Karai orders him and the Short Karai aide to investigate a power outage and Enter the Dragons, Part 1. Neither of the aides had an official name, though Peter Laird suggested during development to call one "Yin" and the other "Yang".[1]
