Takeshi (also known as Tiger Claw) is a mutant tiger assassin/bounty hunter originating from Japan who becomes an ally of The Shredder and an enemy of the Ninja Turtles.

This version of Tiger Claw is branched off from his original version in the 2012 TV series. His history before the events of Panini comics is the same as that of his animated version.

History[]

Meet the Dream King[]

Takeshi, aka Tiger Claw, makes his debut in Meet the Dream King as part of Michelangelo's dream. In it, Lord Tiger Claw works for the Black Knight and Ye Olde Leonardo battles against him to protect the King.

The Mighty Multi-Mutant[]

Stockman-Fly works to create the ultimate soldier for The Shredder, using mutagen and DNA from different sources, including that belonging to Tiger Claw.

Flushed[]

The Turtles find themselves battling all night against endless attacks by Footbots. During one such attack, they disturb Muckman who wipes out the Footbots. A sudden thunderstorm causes torrential rain which washes Muckman into the sewers. The Turtles, with the aid of Joe Eyeball, go down into the sewers to put their friend back together again. Unknown to them, they are followed by the Footbots and Tiger Claw, who has orchestrated the attacks. He manages to corner and capture the Turtles, having worn them out, but then Muckman comes to their rescue.

Secret Weapon X[]

A pair of Purple Dragons are preparing to attack the Turtles when they overhear them talking about a new 'secret weapon'. Worried that this weapon could prove extremely destructive, they pass the story on to Hun. Hun passes it to Fishface, who tells Rocksteady, who then tells Tiger Claw. The story grows with each telling until Tiger Claw adds his embellishment as he tells the Shredder, who declares that the weapon shall be his. He gathers a small army, which includes Tiger Claw, and goes out to confront the Turtles. They all quickly learn that playing the 'telephone game' usually means something innocuous becomes very exaggerated.
