TMNT: Mutant Melee (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Melee in PAL territories) is a fighting game released by Konami in 2005 for Xbox, GameCube, PC and PlayStation 2. It is based on the 2003 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.

- Also Mousers are playable when your character dies in Melee Mode (only if two or more players are playing). You take control of a Mouser but they can't do any damage as they're just used to distract opponents by biting them. They can only be available to play as on the Last Man Standing mode.

Gameplay[]
Most of the characters from the series are playable in this game, including the four Turtles and Splinter, April O'Neil, and Casey Jones. The Shredder and Hun two of the show's main antagonists, are also playable, as well as varying types of Foot Ninja. Other characters, such as Traximus, and Sleeg are also playable.
Game modes[]
In the game there are four game modes, Last Man Standing, Knock Out, King of the Hill, and Keep away.
Last Man Standing[]
The goal is to be the last living player.
Knock Out[]
The goal is to KO the most players in a set time or to reach a set amount of KO first.
King of the Hill[]
Based on the old game King of the Hill. The goal is to get to a set amount of points before the other players. To gain points players must stand in the lightbeam that moves to set places on the map.
Keep away[]
The goal is to carry a chest to gain points. While carrying the chest, players are unable to attack. The carrier must run away from the other players because being hit will cause the carrier to drop the chest.
Library[]
The Library is a menu hosting additional viewable content from the 2003 series and more. It contains the following content:
- History of the TMNT: a story about the origin of the entire series' creation and success throughout the years.
- Biographies: 2003 character biographies. Each is accompanied by concept artwork at the end page.
- Comic Books: Contains three four page previews of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics by Archie Comics, Image Studios, and Dreamwave Productions. In addition, there is a fourth comic available for viewing, the entire first issue of Eastman and Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This comic comes with a short description with the title "Black-and-White Origins".
- Toys by Playmates: ten characters from the 2003 series that had toys produced of them. Each toy comes with a description and displays the toy inside its packaging in separate front and back images.
- Outtakes: these are joke images made using the game's engine. Each image bears a joke description, there are 15 total images.
- Vehicles: 27 pieces of concept art concerning vehicles seen throughout the 2003 series.
- Locations: Images relating to the locations of the 2003 series. Many of these images are used in the 2003 TV series.
- Other Media: Various developer-made movies using the characters from Mutant Melee, as well as the game's engine.
