Plot[]
In 1968, during a battle against Mechazoid, the Green Mantle loses his cape and his superpowers. The cape floats to the ground and is found by Fastidious Boy. Realizing that it's the Green Mantle's cape, the boy runs off to add it to his collection.
Present day: When Raphael gets his hands on a powerful cape that grants him superhuman abilities, the Justice Force invite him to join their team, to the detriment of comic book loving Michelangelo. With Raphael telling the latter with no sympathy he's not responsible with powers causing them to fight over the vestment. However, the villainous Doctor Malignus has also set his eyes on it and both Raphael and Michelangelo must put aside their differences to stop him. In the end Raphael feeling himself not worthy and being a "superhero" wasn't his style gives up the cape to it's original owner.
