A stun baton is a versatile, non-lethal self-defense weapon. This weapon combines a standard self-defense baton with a high-voltage stun gun and usually incorporates extra features such as flashlights, wrist straps and holster holders. The longer design of the baton makes it possible to shock someone from several feet away, but as with all stun guns, it must make contact with the target in order to shock. Typically, stun batons have twelve million or more volts of electricity, which allows for immediate incapacitation of the target.
The Utroms use stun batons against Casey Jones in The Search for Splinter, Part 1 and The Search for Splinter, Part 2. He manages to take a pair of them away from the Utrom guards, but the batons quickly lose power.
In The Tourists, part 1 of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Stranger Things crossover, Baxter Stockman's guards use stun batons against Raphael, Donatello, Eleven, Max and Dustin.
