Open on a close-up of Baxter Stockman, who is laughing maniacally. He is wearing his Exo-Suit and is inside Foot Headquarters. Stockman begins a monologue as he addresses the Shredder and Hun, who are standing in front of him. He tells them he’s sure they wonder why he called them there today. First he tells Shredder he wanted him to know what an arrogant, self-important imbecile he is. Then he addresses Hun, saying he’s a muscle-bound oaf overcompensating for an empty head.
Yet, Stockman says, he wanted them both to witness his new work of unparalleled genius – the Stockman Robotic Exo-Suit. Fully armed and fully loaded, it is complete with artillery, bazooka, and torque strength of 8,000psi. He demonstrates each feature, and when he brags about the torque strength, one of the suit arms extends and the hand grabs Hun. There is a tearing sound and then the pieces of what turns out to be a cardboard cutout of Hun fall to the floor.
Stockman then introduces his personal favorite gadget, the flame thrower. He fires it at the carboard cutout of the Shredder, and burns away all but the legs. Stockman begins laughing again as he shouts “Behold the power of the superior intellect!”.
