Stilzar was a character planned for Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation, who went unused. She would have been a cyborg antagonist who commanded a robot army, and an empress of an alternate dimension. She was planned to have been portrayed by Kevin Eastman's wife at the time, supermodel and actress Julie Strain.
