With their latest attempt to repair the dimensional portal resulting in catastrophic failure, Krang and Hob decide the best way to achieve their ends — freeing both Shredder and the Pantheon — is to steal the portable dimensional window from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! But the Turtles’ lair is both hidden and well defended, two things that will keep our villainous crew from acquiring the portal in a quick and easy fashion. There’s only one solution: Hire another ninja to steal the device for them! Shredder has kept tabs on a formidable ninja who the Turtles have trusted in the past — but can the bad guys talk her into joining their cause?
(That’s rhetorical. If they didn’t convince her to help, we wouldn’t have a story!) Join us for the return of Lotus Blossom as the Saturday Morning Adventures continue!

Synopsis[]
In their lair, the Turtles watch Wrestletoberfest, a once yearly wrestling match. Michelangelo calls one of the wrestlers, named Haircules, awesome and Donatello says he wishes he could grow hair like that. Leonardo tells his brothers that it’s time to head out, but Raphael reminds him that Wrestletoberfest only happens once a year. Leonardo states that it’s happening all week and they can skip one night of watching in order to patrol. He tells them Master Splinter trained them to be defenders of the night.
Holding up a picture of the father standing in a boat and holding a fish on a line, Raphael says that he picked this week to go on his fishing trip upstate. He argues that is fate because this is the week of Wrestletoberfest, and one can’t mess with fate. Donatello pleads for some downtime after all of the villains they’ve battled. Michelangelo adds that if anything serious came up, April would give them a call. The three Turtles return to their television viewing and Donatello tells Leonardo to have fun on patrol. If he needs them, they’ll be in the lair.
With a long suffering sigh, Leonardo heads topside to patrol on his own. As he thinks about all of the things that could happen, he hears a call for help. Sliding down from a rooftop, he spots a young girl and asks what he can do. She informs him that Professor Toast is stuck in a tree. Investigating, Leonardo discovers that Professor Toast is a cat and it’s seated on a branch of a nearby tree. Noting that the cat is sitting on a sick branch, Leonardo uses his katanas to both take care of the branch and rescue the cat. Though the branch lands on the little girl, she offers Leonardo a thumbs up for the cat save and thanks the turtle man.
Meanwhile, at Krang’s Lair, Krang announces that he thinks they are at last finally done with the portal. Old Hob questions whether he is sure, as he’s spent a month replacing parts. Krang assures him it was time well spent. Last time they activated the time portal it caused a dimensional wobble that gifted him a new android body, but they might not be so lucky next time. Shredder, trapped between dimensions, doesn’t care about the consequences. He just wants to be freed. Krang tells him to calm down and activates the portal.
There is a loud crackling, popping sound and Shredder’s form stretches and spins above them. Old Hob says he’s never seen anything like it. Krang hasn’t either and asks if Shredder has, but doesn’t receive a response. Krang realizes he’s gone and then his comlink starts beeping. When he answers, he sees Shredder on the screen and asks where he is. Shredder replies that he’s in Dimension X. Whatever Krang did disentangled things and he’s solid again. However, the Rock Soldiers can’t connect a portal to Earth, so he’s stuck there. Krang tells him to relax, since with no more interference, he can reset everything as soon as he builds another portal. Shredder complains about how long that could take. Old Hob asks why they don’t just steal one rather than building a new one. He heard the Turtles say that they have a portal and they should swipe it. Krang points out that they don’t know where their lair is and even if they did, the Turtles would defend it with their lives. Shredder says it’s not a bad idea, but they’d need a ninja to pull this off, one that Splinter and his students wouldn’t see coming. Krang says he’s been trying to hire one called Karai, but her schedule is impossible. Shredder tells him to be more devious. There is someone else he’s kept tabs on.
At a dōjō in Boston, Massachusetts, the sensei dismisses her class, stating that she is proud of their progress. Young Hank tells her he loves the class and asks when they learn how to punch a hole through Dracula. She replies that they don’t learn how to fight monsters, at least not in the first month. She urges him to hurry or he’ll miss his bus. As Hank heads out, a new arrival comments on how the sensei has a teacher’s pet. The newcomer is Rocksteady, accompanied by Bebop, and the sensei is Lotus Blossom. Bebop informs her that she’s coming with them because their boss has a job for her. Lotus Blossom remembers them and that they are mutant minions of the Foot Clan. She says that unless they wish to take a beginner’s martial arts class, she is no longer for hire.
Rocksteady says they don’t want to take a class and Bebop adds that they’ll take her to school. However, Lotus Blossom easily defeats the pair, informing them that though she’s left her mercenary life behind, she hasn’t forgotten her ninja skills. Then Old Hob arrives and he’s holding Hank hostage. He tells her to hear them out before he turns the kid into a scratching post. Lotus Blossom swears to do as he asks if he releases the boy, which he does. Hank tells Old Hob that his sensei could kick his butt. Old Hob says she won’t, and she won’t run away either, because if she doesn’t do as he asks, he’ll make all her students pay the price.
The next night, back in New York, Leonardo stands next to another young girl and asks how her dog got stuck up in a tree. She replies that a squirrel chased him. As he climbs up to get the dog, he reminds the girl that there are leash laws that are meant to keep dogs from running off. With the dog now in her arms, the girl says that if he arrests her, then her father would sue him. Leonardo begins to argue with her, but a cry for help interrupts. Leonardo runs up the street and is surprised to see Tokka and Rahzar terrorizing the owner of a delicatessen. Mr. Malmon is not thrilled to see another mutant. Rahzar says he suspects the new arrival will try to stop them. Rahzar drops Mr. Malmon and the pair turn to deal with Leonardo.
Rahzar notices that Leonardo is fighting without the assistance of his colleagues and says that’s a gross miscalculation on his part. Leonardo manages to dodge a strike, but lands on the pavement with the pair of mutant thieves standing over him. Tokka says that he shouldn’t fight them alone. Suddenly, Lotus Blossom enters the fight and throws a smoke bomb. Unable to see, Rahzar asks what’s going on and Tokka tells him it’s ninja trickery. Lotus Blossom quickly defeats the pair and when the smoke clears, Leonardo realizes who it was that came to his aid. Mr. Malmon tells Leonardo that he saved his deli and asks if the Turtle would like some nice pastrami to go. Leonardo says no, and for the man to call the police. Rahzar says if he’s offering, he’d like some pastrami and Tokka asks for hot soup.
Later, Leonardo and Lotus Blossom stand on a rooftop. He asks where she’s been and why she’s back. Leonardo says he appreciates the help with Tokka and Rahzar, but if she’s still trying to recruit him as a mercenary, that will never happen. Lotus Blossom assures him that after their last encounter, when the ghost within her was freed, she no longer desires to be a mercenary. She adds that she no long uses the name Lotus Blossom, as it was only ever a professional alias. Her name is Himiko and she is now a sensei. She has taught many people how to defend themselves and it has brought her peace. This did not last, she says, as his enemy, Krang, found her and demanded she tell him where to find Leonardo’s lair. Krang wishes to steal a piece of the Turtles’ technology. Leonardo guesses that he wants Donnie’s Portable Dimensional Portal. Then he asks if she told Krang how to find them and she answers that she would not betray a friend in such a manner. She came to warn him, because she doesn’t believe that Krang will give up. Himiko says she must go, as she has other matters to attend in the city. The pair hug one another and Himiko says that it was good to see him. As she slides off on an overhead line, Leonardo says it was good to see her too. He does not notice the small device attached to his shell.
Returning to the lair, Leonardo tells his brothers that they’ll never guess what happened. The other three Turtles are seated at the kitchen table enjoying pizza. Michelangelo says he missed a Wrestletoberfest all-timer, and that the Disco Cowboy beat Big Biff McFist in a cage fight. Leonardo tells them his news is important and real. Raphael argues that wrestling is real. In fact, he says, McFist has been banned from wrestling in the Garden ever again. Donatello adds at least until the pay-per-view match in February. Leonardo starts to growl in frustration, but Raphael tells him to relax, as they are only teasing. He asks Leonardo to tell them what is so serious.
Leonardo tells them about Tokka and Rahzar, and how they were trying to break into a deli. Then Lotus Blossom showed up and told him that her real name is Himiko and Krang wanted her to steal their portable dimensional transporter. Then Leonardo notices Donatello looking at him. Donatello tells him he has something stuck to his shell and that it looks like a gas grenade. Just as he says that, the grenade goes off, filling the room with gas. Leonardo says that Himiko must have put it there, but she warned them, so she wouldn’t… He and the other Turtles pass out before he can finish the sentence. Himiko arrives and apologizes to the unconscious Turtles, explaining that she had no choice.
