Stephen Mendel is a Canadian actor who provided the voice for Splinter (Next Mutation).
He has had several minor roles including Frank on the Saved By the Bell two part episode "Home for Christmas" and the Power Rangers Lost Galaxy episode "The Lost Galactabeasts".
Mendal also played the antagonist to the titular character of Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie which also included Robbie Rist providing the voice of The Alien.
