Stephen Mendel (born January 26, 1953 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada; age 72) is a Canadian actor who provided the voice for Splinter in Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation.
He has had several minor roles including Frank Benton on the Saved by the Bell two-part episode "Home for Christmas" and the Power Rangers Lost Galaxy episode "The Lost Galactabeasts".
Mendal also played the antagonist General Dark Onward, to the titular character of Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie which also included Robbie Rist providing the voice of The Alien.
