The Stars of Kicaan are an alignment of celestial bodies that every 3 thousand years allows a dimensional rip to occur. In the 2007 film TMNT, this event allowed Yaotl to unleash the Thirteen Monsters upon the Earth. Many centuries later, now as Max Winters, he uses it to reawaken his Stone Generals and attempt to send the monsters back, in an effort to nullify the immortality the event granted him thousands of years prior.
