Splinter's stick is the wooden stick that Splinter uses in the 1987 TV series, both as a walking stick and as a weapon.

In the episode Shredder and Splintered, he uses it to destroy Shredder's Retromutagen Ray Generator, preventing Shredder from using it to restore the Ninja Turtles into ordinary turtles.
