Splinter's grave is the place where Hamato Splinter was interred following his death at the hands of the Foot Clan in the Same As It Never Was timeline of the 2003 TV series.
The grave marker consists of a plank of wood with Splinter's name carved into it vertically. His walking stick rests against it.
