Plot[]
The episode begins in the lair where the turtles are playing the bandanas: red, blue, purple and orange. Once they finished with their game, Raphael goes to the garage where he was mysteriously greeted by one of the origami ninja, usually referred to as: Franken-Foot! Raphael reveals that this grotesque fused ninja is his sparring partner as he starts to training with him. As they have finished, Raph tries to hide his buddy away as possible so he won't be noticed by his brothers. As Raphael closes the door it accidentally slices the hand of Franken-Foot, who raised his hand to Raph. When Raphael is gone, Franken-Foot's hand grabs glue and he starts reattaching it.
Cut to Raphael with his brothers. Raph sees Franken-Foot up there and sees that glue is falling. Raphael hugs them (to Mikey's pleasure, and Leo and Donnie's displeasure) so they won't notice him. The brothers started to insult the origami ninja, just as Raph. However, unbeknownst to Leo, Don and Mikey, except Raph, Franken-Foot heard everything and becomes deeply hurt. Raphael whispers to his friend, trying to convince him that he is not talking about him. Heartbroken, Franken-Foot sadly leaves the lair. Seeing him very downhearted, Raphael decides to trick his brothers to go to patrol.
As they running on the rooftops, the brothers notice Franken-Foot is seen causing mayhem, he is seen grabbing all red bandanas and tearing them in rage and sadness. The turtles quickly deduce that someone's in red bandana must have hurt his feelings (Raph is seen crying about his actions). Franken-Foot goes to Joe's Bandanas to tear more bandanas. The turtles meet Franken-Foot, just as Foot Clan arrives. Raphael reveals to his brothers that Franken-Foot is his best friend and never intended to bring harm to him. Franken-Foot becomes happy that he sensitively cries in joy. Angered by betrayal, the Foot Recruit and Foot Lieutenant bring more Origami Ninja and they attack the turtles. This infuriates Franken-Foot so much, that in his anger, he unleashes his power that grows into a giant paper fist and blows both Foot members away to the distance. Impressed the turtles decide to make Franken-Foot as their new ally as they tumble around happily as the episode ends.
Trivia[]
- The Foot Lieutenant and Foot Recruit being sent flying into the sky with a twinkle after their defeat is a reference to Team Rocket in the Pokémon anime, who are usually defeated in a similar manner.
