Plot[]

The Silent G's flee the Budget Animal Shelter with the dogs they have captured, but Donatello summons the head of S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. to follow them. After Gned turns the sound back on locally, Gnarly points out that they are being followed, and Gnarly shorts the drone out with a blast of water.

Back at the lair, Splinter instructs April O'Neil on how to overcome stage fright using a method that martial arts movie star Lou Jitsu utilized: C.A.R.P. (Confident posture, Articulate your senses, Relax your breathing, and Picture the audience dressed like cabbages). Just then, the Turtles arrive home, despondent at their defeat at the hands of The Silent G's. Splinter spies a chance for her to practice her newfound skills, and April theatrically introduces Donnie, Raphael, and Michelangelo. However, Donnie soon after retreats to his bedroom for the night and the rest of his family follows suit.

The following morning, April brings Donnie doughnuts, and spies that he has fallen asleep looking over what little footage he could salvage from S.H.E.L.L.D.O.N. before he was short-circuited. April sees the gang on the monitor and realizes they were her co-workers at a previous place of employment, Aquatic MuSEAum. April was the host of the aquarium's daily narwhal showing at the time. She recalls first, Natalie, a tank technician who was tasked with removing waste from the water tanks. Then, there was Gnarly, who was Susie the narwhal's handler. Finally, there was a co-worker she can't remember the name of, who was a reserved tour guide. One day, when April was to announce Susie's final trick, the stuttered out her line and after finally saying it properly, turned around only to find the entire crowd left. This is what was the catalyst for her fear of public speaking. April was summarily fired, and shortly after, the entire aquarium shut down. April still possesses the keys to Aquatic MuSEAum so she offers to take the Turtles there.

While investigating, April comes across a tank that is seemingly still housing an animal. Unfortunately, it is Gnarly, who breaks out and attacks April, with Mikey barely saving her in time. Then, Gnatalie fires multiple explosive loogies at Donnie's Battle Shell. Raph punches the projectiles from Donnie into a portal that Leo creates with his Mystic Ōdachi, but unfortunately, the portal's other side is behind where Donnie turns afterwards, and they blast him through a wall. However, they do uncover all of the items and dogs that The Silent G's stole on the other side.

The Silent G's flee in an ice cream truck, but after seeing all of the stolen property all together, Donnie concludes that the reason they stole them all, is because they are all capable of making noise and from the same area. Donnie finds that they dropped a flier, too, and to April's chagrin, it is the music festival she is scheduled to emcee at.
