Slim is one of Mr. Arboost's henchmen in the 2003 animated series, and member of the Texas Roughnecks criminal group. He appears in the episode The Golden Puck where the thugs try to steal the Golden Puck super slam hockey trophy. Slim is the leader of the Roughnecks and along with brothers Robby and Bobby are in the employ of Mr. Arboost. Slim does most of the talking for the trio.
Slim's habit of chewing on matchsticks is the downfall of their plot, because when he tosses away an empty matchbook, the name of the hotel they are staying at is on the front. Raphael finds the matchbook and the Ninja Turtles and Casey Jones go to the hotel and search the Roughnecks' room. They don't find the hockey trophy there, but do witness the meeting between Arboost and the Roughnecks. The Turtles manage to get the trophy back and then defeat the Roughnecks on the hockey rink.[1]
