In the alternate continuity issue Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Deviations, instead of just Leonardo, all four Ninja Turtles were bewitched by Kitsune and Shredder into joining the Foot Clan.
Working together, Splinter and Old Hob devise a trap for the Turtles. Hob is captured and "leaks" the whereabouts of Splinter to them, and says he has to take them to him. Splinter puts up a good fight for show, but ultimately lets himself be taken in.
Back at Foot headquarters, Shredder prepares to execute Splinter, when suddenly a wall is blown open. Hob arrives with heavy artillery and Slash in tow. Old Hob taunts the Turtles, saying four of them against one humongous Slash doesn't seem fair, but then Leonardo calls for the Foot to attack.
Overrun by Foot soldiers, Slash tells Hob "Slash tired!". They continue fighting and then hear shooting which heralds the arrival of Arnold Jones and his Purple Dragons who have arrived to get revenge for Casey's death at the hands of the Shredder. They mow down Foot Soldiers, leaving Hob and Slash to face just the Turtles again. Raphael kills Hob by throwing a sai into his chest. Slash grabs the fallen Hob and pleads with him not to go.
An angered Slash grabs Raphael, determined to "Smash bad turtle!", but in that moment the Turtles begin to snap out of the brainwashing because Splinter has killed Kitsune during their fight on the astral plane. Slash turns to Michelangelo, the first to recover, and asks "Good Mikey Back?"
Just as Splinter is about to be killed by Shredder, Jones knocks him down and then kills Shredder with a shotgun blast to the face. Splinter dies with his recovered sons gathered around him, and Slash goes back to the fallen Hob to hold him. At the end, only the Turtles and Slash are left standing.
