Shredder Elite can refer to three completely different factions:
- Shredder Elite is interchangable with the name Foot Elite, a number of high-ranking ninja within the Foot Clan organization that have extreme loyalty to Shredder.
- The term is sometimes used to refer to the Shredder Clones.
- The Shredder Elite is also the name of an evil organization in the SNES version of Tournament Fighters.
