One of Karai's aides from the 2003 TV series he appears in the City at War episodes where he helps Karai fight the Turtles, Casey, the Foot Clan, the Purple Dragons, and the Mafia. As well as the episodes Good Genes, Part 2 where Karai orders him and the Tall Karai aide to investigate a power outage.
