A ship is seen in the 2003 TV series episode The Ancient One, where Leonardo is advised by Splinter to search for the Ancient One in Japan.
After getting topside, Leonardo sneaks onboard the ship in the New York Harbor, before it leaves for Japan. During both departure and arrival, Leonardo is seen sitting watching out one of the ship's windows.[1]
