Shih Tzu, is second in command of the Batguy Clan under the Shooter and an enemy of the Sushi Turtles in Green-Grey Sponge-Suit Sushi Turtles! Shih Tzu wears a full-length fur coat and is completely hairless. His look is similar to the character Uncle Fester.
History[]
Shih Tzu makes his first appearance during testing of Batguy Clan applicants. A long line of people, dressed in Batguy garb, wait to be tested. Each steps up to a mannequin of an ordinary citizen and a recording asks “Who are you?” When the applicant says they are Batguy, Shih Tzu marks them off on his clipboard and calls for the next person. When Home-Bo answers “That Girl”, Shih Tzu shouts that the answer is wrong and pulls a lever which fires a small cannon. It blows Home-Bo’s head off and that is witnessed by Dan-Dan Pennyworth.
Dan-Dan’s shout is heard by Shih Tzu, who loudly informs him that nobody messes with him and he doesn’t take any crap. Just then, Shooter shows up and Shih Tzu immediately grovels, forehead to the floor, and asks how he may serve his Master. He even asks if he may shine Shooter’s shoes with his tongue again. Shooter tells him he needs someone to turn on the TV for him and Shih Tzu crawls off to do his bidding.
After the Batguy Clan captures Match-Stik, it is Shih Tzu who is left to torture the rat in order to learn the location of April Mayjune. He mentions a litany of torture devices, but Match-Stik says he can take anything he dishes out. Then Shih Tzu brings out the Bat Trance vinyl album and plays it at a high volume, much to Match-Stik’s dismay.
When Shooter discovers the ear implant that Match-Stik used to contact the Sushi Turtles, he orders Shih Tzu to kill the rat. Shih Tzu, however, draws out the homicide because he is waiting for Match-Stik’s friends to show up. He finally says that if they don’t show up by the count of five, he’ll really have to kill him. Shih Tzu begins counting down by quarters of a second. Suddenly Kootie Jones falls on top of him, crushing Shih Tzu into the floor.
