Shawn Coon O'Hair is the captain of the California Road Patrol in Road Hogs. He is a perfectionist who demands nothing less than 100% from himself, others, and the world in its entirety, but is also insanely prompt and true to his word. Captain O'Hair is extremely proficient at all firearm usage as well as spears, as well as lock-picking, surveillance, vehicle-to-vehicle combat, and hand-to-hand combat. He also has decent carpentry skills and is proficient in the Spanish language.
