In the 2003 TV series, the 2nd Time Around is a building owned by April O'Neil, containing an antiques shop and April's apartment above it. It is later destroyed by the Shredder and his Foot Clan in The Shredder Strikes Back, Part 2, but rebuilt in April's Artifact. April continues to run the antiques shop for the rest of the series, where her primary employment is as an antiques dealer.
The shop, including the signage, changes somewhat in the Back to the Sewer season. The sign above the door now reads "Second Time Around Antiques", completely spelling out the first word. The apartment, now shared by April and Casey Jones has changed as well and no longer includes the staircase in the center of the living room which led down into the shop. The staircase is now against the wall near the bedroom.
