Synopsis[]

Carrying out Shredder's latest plot, Bebop and Rocksteady pour mutagen into Manhattan's water supply. Shredder's plan is to target people who refuse to help him, or people who threaten to reveal his evil empire. One such person is Stanley Stobbs, an intrepid newspaper reporter who has written several articles on crime in the city.

At the same restaurant where Stobbs is ordering his favorite dish, lobster, the Turtles and Ray Fillet are at the takeout window ordering pizza. A waiter brings Stobbs a glass of water as he digs into his lobster meal. Stobbs takes a drink and immediately transforms into a mutant lobster.

He begins rampaging through the restaurant shouting that he wants his lobster. Stobbs enters the kitchen and smashes a tank filled with lobsters then breaks through the back wall. He finds himself face to face with the Turtles and Ray Fillet. Thinking they want his lobsters, Stobbs attacks. In response, the Turtles all leap on him and begin fighting.

Suddenly, Ray shouts "that's enough!" and grasps Stobbs by the face. He informs Stobbs that he is a lobster, and lobsters belong in the sea. Stobbs asks if there are more lobsters in the sea and Ray says that there are still some left. He tells Stobbs to come with him so he can show them to him, along with many other things.

The pair walk off into the water and Raphael says that Ray is just too cool. Michelangelo agrees, adding that Ray is one of the least "shellfish" dudes he knows.
